While the government promote having children & giving some baby bonus to help with the cost,  the cost of milk powder has gone up by more than 25% over the last 2 years. 

I definitely do not see any way the government is helping as the baby bonus is long gone with the increasing cost of having a baby...

This is just so contradicting... only the rich can afford to have more kids I think... Where to find the money for milk powder pampers school fees.
